    Those blast doubles were a work of art. I live vicariously through you as you chronicle your season. Even at 44 yo wrestling was something I did all on my own. I chose to do it when I was just a kid and I did it because I wanted to. My first full season I won the district tournament for my school. I picked it up quickly and dropped all other sports by my freshman year in high school. I transferred high schools to be on a better wrestling team and I ate lunch by myself in the wrestling room when I was new and didn’t have any friends. It will always be one of the high points in my life. Even though we had a 3-time state champion 4-time finalist and a 2-time state champion on my team who were both better than I was, I worked hard and had a great coach and got 4th in the state in my senior year. We are really lucky to have the ability to do what you are doing so others can watch and learn from you. Even if you make videos about a subject I feel like I know well I will watch the video just for the memories that it brings me.

    Thank you Cayden for bringing us along on your journey! Fantastic mat return in the quarter final! Your blast doubles in the semi final were artistic excellence... I could watch replays of those takedowns over and over. Your constant leg drive was impressive. And for the final... you displayed impressive respect and sportsmanship. We were hoping for a different outcome, but your response to disappointment was consistent with everything you proclaim about your faith and your philosophy about wrestling. It's extremely rare to see this type of maturity in collegiate wrestling... a trait that you and Aaron Brooks both display through exceptional focus and character consistency. I actually think your response to the loss will have more impact on young wrestlers than if you had won the final, because properly dealing with defeat and adversity is a really hard lesson that is almost never modeled for our young wrestlers. And now you're off to the National tournament where we hope you wrestle at your absolute peak and finish the season as the national champion.

The average wrestlers are customer to being on your backs and fought so hard to avoid being pinned. Good wrestlers are shocked that they are on their back, and therefore, easy to pin. • @Husani759

    Cayden, good shit. One tip, with your self talk, rather than say "I'm GOING TO BE a national champion," trying saying to yourself things along the lines of "I'm so happy that I'm a national champion." "I'm so grateful that I'm a national champion." Or anything that closes the distance between what you want in life, and where you are. The universe can only match the energy you put out, so saying "going to be" means you aren't one yet, and you'll get more of that: not being one yet. Also, paint a picture of the moments that confirm you being the champ, like the feeling you'll have when they raise your hand, the feeling of high fiving and hugging your teammates, the feeling of putting your feet up on your table after a job well done. Paint the picture behind the desired outcome so it's so clear in your mind, that the universe and God can only match that frequency, that energy, and that picture. Neville Goddard is a great person to listen to when it comes to realizing your manifestations. You got this.

      I know that the logic you are embracing sounds 100% solid to you. It’s all bullshit. Anybody can say anything at any time and no matter how hard they scrunch up their face and will it into existence, at the end of the day they are just words. The furthest I would teeter out on that branch is that there is value in having positive words surround you than negative words. But even then there is a good group of people who get motivation from deliberately hearing that they can’t do something.
      You brought up God as though you were speaking about what he can and can’t do. I’d prolly ditch that whole side of your speech altogether. God is pretty massive and mighty and he isn’t confined to just matching something that you try and believe.
      What you are drawing your ideas from is a movie called “The Secret.” When you first see the movie it’s easy to think you are watching something groundbreaking and since you now know “The Secret” your life is gonna be different from here on out. And that obviously is just not the case. It turns out that the whole deal with that movie is not to be seen how it is presented. The real secret is that all of that is hogwash. But if you have made rounds on RUclips you have seen many of these dudes that throw around a couple of bricks of cash in a video and talk about how wealthy they are. Sometimes they spend 30 minutes talking about how much money they have. Most of them don’t have any money but that’s besides the point. Because they want people to buy their video which will help them to unlock the secrets to financial freedom too. But if you step back and cross your eyes slightly so everything goes hazy for a second and look at what is being fed, it doesn’t matter one bit even what their little gimmick is. Some do real estate, some do drop shipping on Amazon, it doesn’t matter what that is. That isn’t what’s important. They make a video which throws around money and gets people salivating for money themselves, then they pitch their video for $200.00 or so and use lines straight out of the movie “The Secret.” The universe this….desired outcomes that…What is important is that the hey get people to buy their video with these sayings and the biggest part of the whole scam is that not one of those people who buy the video will get any more money ever for doing so. Because wording used in “The Secret” is big on placing the blame for failure back on yourself. So if you don’t end up rich because you buy their video then it’s because you didn’t scrunchy your nose up tight enough when you were picturing that million bucks depositing into your checking. Next time you will get it though because you are going to work even harder at “The Secret.”

    • @Husani759
      @Husani759 Год назад

      @@adamlv1 I don't plan to change your mind about this. I can only speak of what I've learned, and what others around me who practice manifestation have learned. I watched The Secret many years ago. And it really just touches upon manifestation. There's a lot of nuance involved. But ultimately, words, thoughts and feelings affect our vibration. In our known universe, everything vibrates, everything has a frequency, and there's very little matter. Both, Nikola Tesla and Einstein have expounded on the fact that our universe is vibration, frequency and energy based. For humans, our vibration is largely affected by our feelings. And that vibration can impact our perception, which then can impact what we see in the world. In this known universe, merely perceiving something can affect outcomes, ala the "double slit experiment." Matter changes, just by our perception. And scientists recently created matter out of light. Our third dimensional "reality" is really a consensus of what we believe to be real. But there's so much more. If we all changed our perfection, we'd change our reality.
      There are many intangibles at play in this holographic reality. In sports, athletes who visualize positive outcomes tend to see it come to fruition. Playing at home with all its momentum can impact player and team performance. Even simply wearing red uniforms can impact a team's winnings for the better. We can take this to health. Doctor's are still stumped by the fact that the placebo effect is real-patients who believe they're being healed tend to do better than those who don't. Overall, those who believe in an outcome, as if it's a reality, tend to affect what ends up being brought to light. So a naysayer who disbelieves in our abilities can most certainly motivate someone who believes something different than the naysayer. What we choose to believe and how we choose to react is a big part of manifestation, life and our soul journeys. Alchemy or transmutation is at play, so to speak-turning metaphorical lead into gold.
      One of the keys to manifestation is understanding resistance. Many of the thoughts you have demonstrate that you have a lot of resistance into believing in the unseen-and acknowledging that our third dimensional reality is but a small sliver of all. This reality is the tip of the iceberg, but there's so much more "beneath the surface." One way to access these higher dimensions and transcend our egoic third dimensional consciousness is to expand it via meditation. Medication helps people transcend our third dimensional reality, engage our subconscious minds, and impact what gets revealed to us from the root. Also, the key to manifestation is to align with what you want as if you have it. Might not always work out because some timeline jumps are just too dramatic. But people put resistance in the way of so many things. People pray to God wanting something, which means they are sending out the signal that they don't have that something. So what do they get? A mixed bag. But those who pray in appreciation for something end up getting more of it. Btw, I mention God and the Universe together not to say they're the same, but mainly because I know Cayden is spiritual AND somewhat religious. I didn't want to alienate him by focusing on a vague higher power, or the multiverse, or whatever without also nodding to his own belief system.

    • @Husani759

    I immediately noticed on that semi-finals match you let go of that leg to make it 8-7 in the last few seconds (not a good mindest)... I think you relieved yourself of that Nationals qualifier pressure going into the finals before that semi-match was over. That same mental state carried over and is what got you in trouble in the finals, imo. Of course the way you analyze things you probably see that now. Look forward to your next videos. GL 💯
