I love how they made the assasins in the older trailers terrifying and mysterious by the fact that you couldnt see their eyes and the kills were brutal as hell.
That was the point of the assassins creeds back in the day... even the first one had this tone. Assassin's creed unity n origins was the last one to keep that tone.

One of the things I’ll always remember so well about this trailer was that in one fight scene, you’ve learned that the personality of Ezio is going to be completely different from Altair. Just from his nonchalance as he fights to the little cheeky head tilt when he sees a defenseless guard and decides not to kill him. I just love it so much!
A good detail is that Ezio kills only ones that tried to attack/kill him, it's a defense to say it straight. That's why he isn't killing the one laying defenseless.

This was the MOST Important moment for me that this game created bond with me and it never let Go. Because I have brother and the Music is masterpiece and Beautiful human renaissance ! Of course only with true Ezio assassins games.
I find it so cool how everything done in this cinematic trailer is stuff you do in the actual game. Bribing people to distract other NPCs while you assassinate your target, hiding in crowds, using the combat system to attack, evad, parry, and disarm enemies, park-ouring your way through city roof tops, using ranged weapons, etc. Such a solid trailer!

However, the gameplay has always been pretty good, and it's nice that they keep on adding mechanics from game to game. The backstory with ancient artifacts and "Gods" ties the overarching story together, and I'm looking forward to finding their secrets in Black Flag. Oh, and despite tons of bugs the King Washington DLC was awesome. Forgot: My favourite assassin is Connor because of his looks, good heart and playstyle, haha.

A little different story for me pal, i was super exited abt playing this new badass assassin, but then i found out when i first played it that Ezio was just some stupid arrogant snot nosed punk.. I remember being so disappointed in this character, why they had to make him a brat so to appeal to today's youth maybe? So strange to say that this character became my all time favourite and i look up to him now

Behavior Well, God of War 2018 is good the others are awful, I wouldn’t wipe my ass with any Uncharted title, Assassin’s Creed is a better franchise than Far Cry, Mario is great for gameplay but lacks story and innovation, Smash is multiplayer, COD is shit, Battlefield is shit, GTA is the only true competition for Assassin’s Creed, Pokémon isn’t my thing and neither is DOTA, and finally Resident Evil 4 and and Resident Evil 2 Remake are amazing but Assassin’s Creed 2 and Brotherhood got them beat. Over the course of the months, I played all the gen7 Assassin's Creed games in succession. Although Rogue is my personal favorite, the Ezio trilogy is by far one of the best triumphs in video game history.

2:11 to 2:16 My favorite part of the trailer. I just love how he is so skillful that he could just keep going without stopping. He jumped from a boat to small poles, and jumped high enough to grab onto a ledge and then climb up. The agility, strength, balance, and speed he has to do all of this without stopping and quite quickly to, without showing signs of getting tired. Really creates this feeling for me that these Assassins are these almost mysterious unstoppable people. Super cool.

This game was a masterpiece, which excelled in every department, soundtrack, plot, historical setting, and definitely the most charismatic and iconic protagonist ever, despite every game improving and introducing innovations, the magic of AC2 has never been recreated again. I grew up and lived in Italy, 30 minutes away from San Gimignano ( the assassin base in the game ) and an hour from Firenze, memories and nostalgia take hold of me every time i see this game, you can imagine how awkward it must have been to play this game back then when i was 17 and just look out of your window and see the exact same cities. I sure hope one day the feelings this game evoked will be recreated in other assassins creed games.

Nothing beats the quality of AC2 in terms of trailers, gameplay and design. This is what happens when you have a passionate team, money and and no deadlines. They really put their hearts into the game and you can see it on every occasion.

I rember the first time I ever played this, the magic I felt, the music, the story, it was everything for 10 year old me. And at 16 when It was relased on PS4 I replayed it again and it was just as magical. Now at 21 I am gonna replay it again, on PC. AC2 was one of the best games on the ps3 for me.

When this trailer came out I fucking watched it a billion times. The hype for this game was unreal. In fact I took it to the extreme, I was so hyped for this I would show my family it and then in my head imagine I was Ezio (bear in mind I was 12/13 at the time, which I still have trouble believing as I can remember it like it was yesterday). I can't believe I still have the same habits...going on RUclips...looking at gaming content...playing games...off piste a bit sorry, but yeah; I await for something like this again. With this potential. The time period was perfect and Ezio's character is flawless. Sadly, it is unlikely we will ever see an assassins creed game like this again.

I miss this. The new games don't have the magic that the old ones do, it's as if the new ones have gotten lazy. For example, in Unity most (if not all) of the French characters have either British or mildly American accents. In ACII, they were ALL Italian. Little details like that made the old games so special.
I have watched this too many times but that free run sequence at 2:11 is just beyond amazing to watch and realize "that's how the NPCs in game view Ezio doing that" and all those NPC dialgoues make sense about how they praise Ezio's dexterity and free-run skills.
We are getting old guys, a 14 year old kid back then patiently waiting for the game to release and even skipping Friday school when it dropped to play it and now I am a 30 year old man, simpler times
I just started playing this game (2019) on the PS4 and it’s truly an amazing experience. Ezio is such an amazing character! Can’t wait to finish brotherhood and revelations after I finish this one! 👍🏼
I miss the days when Assassins Creed was still fairly new and exciting. When it was somewhat normal and didn't have stupid abilities. How far it has fallen these days. AC2 is still my all-time favourite of the series.

I remember when this trailer dropped and all of us were mad as fuck that we had to play as some Italian stud instead of Altair. I am proud to say we all ate our words~
Although another game as Altair wouldn't have been half bad.
A little different story for me pal, i was super exited abt playing this new badass assassin, but then i found out when i first played it that Ezio was just some stupid arrogant snot nosed punk.. I remember being so disappointed in this character, why they had to make him a brat so to appeal to today's youth maybe? So strange to say that this character became my all time favourite and i look up to him now
Because character growth is good. Make him start as some cocky rich kid, then have him grow into a proper badass

I remember starting this game on day 1. Truely a masterpiece. Aiming everyday towards that 100% completion! One game I wish I could start again without any knowledge of it and be blown away again.

This game changed my life back in 2009, by far the best game in history, way advanced for his era, a masterpiece combining artwork, soundtrack, great gameplay, amazing story and characters. Its 2020 and I stay play this on my xbox one. The best game ever.

Behavior Well, God of War 2018 is good the others are awful, I wouldn’t wipe my ass with any Uncharted title, Assassin’s Creed is a better franchise than Far Cry, Mario is great for gameplay but lacks story and innovation, Smash is multiplayer, COD is shit, Battlefield is shit, GTA is the only true competition for Assassin’s Creed, Pokémon isn’t my thing and neither is DOTA, and finally Resident Evil 4 and and Resident Evil 2 Remake are amazing but Assassin’s Creed 2 and Brotherhood got them beat.
So the only franchise that is better than Assassin’s Creed is GTA. But this is my belief.
One of the things that enrages me is how much the new AC players are missing out. They will hold to their heart that Black Flag is the best, but only if they experienced this amazing gem...I can't say in words how much I fucking love this game.

Over the course of the months, I played all the gen7 Assassin's Creed games in succession. Although Rogue is my personal favorite, the Ezio trilogy is by far one of the best triumphs in video game history.

2:11 to 2:16 My favorite part of the trailer. I just love how he is so skillful that he could just keep going without stopping. He jumped from a boat to small poles, and jumped high enough to grab onto a ledge and then climb up. The agility, strength, balance, and speed he has to do all of this without stopping and quite quickly to, without showing signs of getting tired.
Really creates this feeling for me that these Assassins are these almost mysterious unstoppable people. Super cool.

I have had an XBOX 360 and a PC. That 360 is dusting right now of course. But the only difference between PC and XBOX 360 while I was still using the XBOX 360 was that the XBOX 360 had lower resolution and FPS. I'm not sure where is the difference beyond performance?

That's why there is no difference. Except for me, because I prefer 1080p and 60 fps which the new consoles probably will have with the remastered. But I suck at patience so I got it at the desired video output earlier. :D

This game was a masterpiece, which excelled in every department, soundtrack, plot, historical setting, and definitely the most charismatic and iconic protagonist ever, despite every game improving and introducing innovations, the magic of AC2 has never been recreated again. I grew up and lived in Italy, 30 minutes away from San Gimignano ( the assassin base in the game ) and an hour from Firenze, memories and nostalgia take hold of me every time i see this game, you can imagine how awkward it must have been to play this game back then when i was 17 and just look out of your window and see the exact same cities. I sure hope one day the feelings this game evoked will be recreated in other assassins creed games.

Nothing beats the quality of AC2 in terms of trailers, gameplay and design. This is what happens when you have a passionate team, money and and no deadlines. They really put their hearts into the game and you can see it on every occasion.

I rember the first time I ever played this, the magic I felt, the music, the story, it was everything for 10 year old me. And at 16 when It was relased on PS4 I replayed it again and it was just as magical. Now at 21 I am gonna replay it again, on PC. AC2 was one of the best games on the ps3 for me.

When this trailer came out I fucking watched it a billion times. The hype for this game was unreal. In fact I took it to the extreme, I was so hyped for this I would show my family it and then in my head imagine I was Ezio (bear in mind I was 12/13 at the time, which I still have trouble believing as I can remember it like it was yesterday). I can't believe I still have the same habits...going on RUclips...looking at gaming content...playing games...off piste a bit sorry, but yeah; I await for something like this again. With this potential. The time period was perfect and Ezio's character is flawless. Sadly, it is unlikely we will ever see an assassins creed game like this again.

I miss this. The new games don't have the magic that the old ones do, it's as if the new ones have gotten lazy. For example, in Unity most (if not all) of the French characters have either British or mildly American accents. In ACII, they were ALL Italian. Little details like that made the old games so special.

I have watched this too many times but that free run sequence at 2:11 is just beyond amazing to watch and realize "that's how the NPCs in game view Ezio doing that" and all those NPC dialgoues make sense about how they praise Ezio's dexterity and free-run skills.
