Admin help

I am blocked for some reason, have no idea why as this is very confusing. I would prefer to leave it blocked as I have no idea what or how I did something wrong. I'm just here to read not edit. But I would like to know exactly what occurred and when. If there is more than one time please, I would like information on each and every time this IP has violated a rule. I would also like to know if ANY edits made from this IP address. Ive not edited anything to my knowledge, I don't even know what I'm doing now. Took me 30 minutes to figure out how to this. My father’s (Ernest Borek) Wikipedia bio contains incorrect information about his scientific research. When I attempt to edit the page, I receive a notice that I have been blocked. When I attempt to voice my concern in the “Talk” section, I receive a notice that I have been blocked. I have never written or edited anything on Wikipedia.
