Know what? If you’re looking for a site to watch it on Crunchyroll will still have it.

I was sad to see it’s leaving just for the accessibility to some. I’m glad I finally watched it. Yusuke is such a great character.

It does? Damn, what a shame. I actually gave it a try and watched it on Netflix in the past. I'm glad I did. Such an awesome and entertaining anime. A fine classic.

Edit: Well, I've double-checked and ye, it will be taken down soon, but in specified, listed regions. It will still be available in my region, although it's a bummer that so many viewers won't be able to watch it on Netflix.

Netflix is stupid anyway. This anime is one of the greatest shounens of all time, along with Hunter x Hunter. 🥺

The goat mangaka isn't called ToGodshi for no reason! YuYu is a straight-up classic and masterpiece! 🫡

I've got the DVD boxsets so I'm good. But it still sucks to see another favorite anime of mine get axed from Netflix.

Recently, while browsing my Netflix account. I am currently watching Chapter Black Saga through the end of Three Demon Kings Saga on Netflix. I started on PlutoTV, but I remember more episodes from Spirit Detective Saga and Dark Tournament Saga, which aired frequently on Cartoon Network Toonami and Adult Swim (not affliated with Toonami) at that time.

@DrBokChoy I have the 30th Anniversary Boxset unpackaged that I bought from Rightstuf before it merged with Crunchyroll.

@MrDASJO same, but I got the 30th Anniversary Edition from Rightstuf. I understand that while there's a Netflix version, it won't replace the unique anime experience, especially since I'll miss one of my top favorite shows legally rather than on paid sites like Netflix.

@niliosama that reminds to use VPN network as it allows access to paid sites, so you can still watch YuYu Hakusho on platforms like Netflix in any country where it's available.

@animedude1287 you can still watch it on PlutoTV, which includes an section from Crunchyroll, but the availability depends on specific showtimes on that online channel.

@Blumarine210 have you ever considered using a VPN? I've always wanted to try it, but the monthly cost seems a bit steep to me.

@Alexander21_sama especially since this classic can be showcased on any platform, regardless of whether it's free 💸 or paid 💵.

@PockyPlusle Netflix needs to expand its library of shows and movies. Axing YuYu Hakusho (not live-action) feels more significant than the status of Hunter x Hunter, which I'm still waiting to see completed after its long hiatuses. But there is also using VPN to change to another country platform like Netflix that might have Yuyu Hakusho anime than possibly in Japan itself.

@Deyesoto I have the 4 Funimation sets, the matching movie/ova and then the other movie. I don't mind older shows on DVD as it's how I watched them.

@DrBokChoy too bad for Poltergeist Report as it is only movie that has not been dubbed by Funimation but by Central Park Media instead and I dobut 30th Anniversary included that film in it.

@niliosama I might do same even though anime and manga have similar story but they have different scenario and character developments and art designs.
