The way she left wonkru as blodreina, the cold hearted murder who’s war paint was blood and came back a completely different person, saved their lives and 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗹, stopped the war and got them all to transcend. Skairipa, came back to wonkru and saved them all. again. Then sacrificed the chance to live forever to come back to Clarke, Levitt, Hope, Echo, Murphy, Jordan, Emori etc... best character development of all time and will be forever missed.

watching this video made me think of a parallel I never thought of before, Octavia and Zuko from atla have pretty similar redemption arcs in the sense that they redeemed themselves in the end. they both have struggled on the sides of war throughout the series. they both had to struggle with who they were in the sense of good and evil. Octavia with bloodrania and Zuko choosing the acceptance of his biological family, but later choosing to fight with aang in the end, this could be the same for octavia in the series finally. but anyway, this is so beautiful and such a well thought out tribute to our girl.

OOHH THIS WAS SOO GOODDD! You’re a god! How you mixed all the lines to perfectly match to each other. Like ‘one day you will understand’ and ‘I finally understand now’ and all the easter eggs I only now really remember like the red butterflies coming out of the box and the gasp of air she made when she touched the ground for the first time with that other one. Octavia had such an amazing story. The character development. The redemption. Forgiving yourself. And she always knew how to connect different groups of humans, wether it was grounders and the 100, the different clans, or the humans on Bardo and her people. Her capacity to understand. True leader and a rolemodel for me.
Edit: How can I cry a second time when I watch this again? It’s just that good.

Yep!! The Girl is BAAAD A***** all the way live. She is the real deal. She will be the girl around the way. She is a ride or die friend. She was Bellamy little sister, but she taught him a thing or two, about forgiving,fighting til the death for what you think is right. She was always there with them no matter what. She wanted to be accepted and to feel liked she belonged. Bellamy should of been there with his sister and the others in the end. He did nothing wrong and he had a right to be there.
